The project: 

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure. 

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Research, outline, write, and edit content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements.

• Gather information from subject-matter experts and develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.

• Work with development and support leads to identify documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine best solutions for data compilation and centralized storage.

• Research, create, and maintain information architecture templates that adhere to organizational and legal standards and allow for easy data migration.

• Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with consistent voice across all documentation.

You’ll need to have:

• A degree in journalism, communications, or relevant technical field and work experience in construction or similar field, including managerial experience.

• Good communications skills.

• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.

• Ability to conduct, evaluate and develop OH and wellbeing programmes based on health needs assessment.

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.

• Proven problem solving and critical analysis skills used in practice.

• Ability to deal with stakeholders at site level.

• Proven evidence of continual personal development and role progression

You’ll also have:

• Requires knowledge of organizational practices, processes, and current technology.

• Business Management experience with knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment Management preferred.
