Strategically coordinate HSE training and LiHS activities from a corporate perspective to guarantee continuous improvement across the organisation.
Ensure the implementation of the HSE Competence, Training and Awareness Standard Procedure within the entire organisation.
Manage the design, planning and execution of HSE training courses and Safety Leadership programmes through multiple training methodologies, tools and strategies.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training delivery to ensure continuous improvement
Implement HSE initiatives, campaigns, and associated tools through robust communication strategies to ensure maximum effectiveness and dissemination
Influence Management to support the adoption and dissemination of the LiHS philosophy and application of their personal and organisational LiHS responsibilities to ensure the sustained growth of the organisational safety culture .
Develop and deliver specific high-level events and associated media to support the HSE communications of Senior Management across the organisation.
Develop internal HSE communication strategies and HSE campaigns to ensure effective and consistent dissemination of Corporate HSE initiatives
Coordinate the collection of needs, development, publication and ongoing implementation coverage of the Corporate HSE training matrix throughout the organisation
Ensure both knowledge and skills learning are delivered across a variety of sector relevant HSE subjects utilizing multiple training strategies
Ensure training is delivered in alignment with agreed training plans and learning outcomes
Encourage training professionals to structure training to accurately reflect learners needs in a range of training environments
Ensure the identification of training needs and developing of training materials match the local context such as legislation, regulations, and project requirements
Evaluate the effectiveness of training materials and delivery methodologies for continual improvement where required to ensure the planned learning outcomes are delivered
Support the trainer's ability to assess a trainee's knowledge and skills utilising a range of methodologies against agreed outcomes and to provide objective & insightful feedback to enhance learning experiences
Support trainers in maintaining sector competence in the subject areas of training which are personally required deliver,ensuring effective and up to date transfer of knowledge
Advise and support Management (both internal and external clients) to promote the effective implementation of LiHS cultural development tools and strategies, including the logistical provision of interactive Management and Supervisor workshops
Plan for the long-term focus, visibility and communication of LiHS, identifying opportunities to promote engagement and implementation of campaigns, contests, and initiatives globally
Maintain required documentation & records to ensure accurate data collection, preparing reports for the purpose of updating Management on the department's activities
Ensure compliance with the HSE Competence, Training and Awareness Standard Procedure, through review and auditing of processes.

Bachelor Degree
10 Years Work Experience
