Warehouse Technician

Your mission

• Reporting to Warehouse Manager, assist in preparing equipment on assigned projects, ensuring its safety and functionality
• Able to scan equipment and understand stock control software
• Clean and maintain various types of AVL equipment
• Effectively maintain the security of Warehouse inventory equipment
• Maintain and organise the warehouse and ensure compliance with BeWunder standards and operational procedures
• Receive equipment into inventory, move equipment between designated locations, and locate/pick equipment to/from warehouse/ projects locations as required 
• Ensuring strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements on all projects
• Maintain equipment, spare parts and warehouse neat and tidy at all times 
• Develop and provide regular compliance reports to Warehouse Management 
• Collaborating with Warehouse and Project Management on resource planning of assigned project using EasyJob system
• Collaborating with QHSE on necessary projects on-site/off-site, in line with HSE and QAQC requirements and compliances 
• Other project delivery related duties as assigned

Your profile

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar position working with AVL (audio, video and lighting equipment)
• Technical knowledge of audio, video and lighting systems and control
• Knowledge and experience of current entertainment technology required for large scale installations
• EasyJob system knowledge – highly desirable but not a must
• Good command of English language
• Flexible to work based on the requirements of the industry
• Excellent expertise with Microsoft Office and inventory management and control software solutions
• Physically capable of lifting equipment and loading trucks
• Forklift license is a bonus
• Ability to work outside of office hours due to nature of the business.
