Job Description - Tenant Representation Intern

The Role

What we are looking for?

We are looking for passionate and committed individuals to be part of the Savills tenant representation team, looking after client’s needs, producing reports, sourcing locations and closing active transactions.

  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.

  • Be a quick learner, able to manage their time to complement their role.
  • Demonstrate keen creative and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passionate and client driven.
  • Valid driving license

 

Key Responsibilities  

  • Manage the effective achievement of Tenant representation objectives through the leadership of the transactional services department.
  • Providing tenants and landlords with relevant information on leasing availability, current market conditions, and property values.
  • Assisting clients in leasing, managing, or selling commercial properties and providing expert advice on market research and financial analysis
  • Conducting thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities that will prove advantageous for clients seeking to lease, buy or sell commercial properties.
  • Maintaining the relationship with the current clients and growing the pipeline.
  • Keep client tracker up to date and provide monthly reports in regard to subjected revenues.
  • Create client reports with relevant market options and run through them with management and client.
  • Conduct site visits with the client and support in providing accurate feedback and knowledgeable advice on real estate climate.
  • Keep up to date with government initiatives regarding real estate.
  • Keeping strong communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Raise invoicing in relevant systems and support the line manager in projecting accurately month on month.
  • To perform other duties as required by the direct supervisor and/or company management that do not conflict with company policies, procedures and applicable laws.

 

Skills, Knowledge and Experience  

  • Fresh graduates in Business Management, Marketing or other
  • High interpersonal skills, client focused, and satisfaction driven
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
  • Aptitude with MS Office platforms, Outlook, and business language
  • Ability to quickly learn and process information.
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Support the transactional services team in daily administrative tasks.
  • Assist on preparing reports and plans for the company.
  • High presentation and pitching skills.

Presentation skills, client relationships, emphasizing excellence, negotiation, prospecting, commercial awareness, communication, influence, responsibility, teamwork, result/goal orientation.
