HR Intern

You as a HR Intern will be part of Hitachi Energy High Voltage Products business based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. You will be assisting in the overall recruitment process, from interview setup to paperwork associated with the onboarding of new employees. Success in this role will be demonstrated by delivering high-quality and timely HR assistance, helping the HR department meet daily objectives. Your responsibilities You will be working under the supervision of the HRBP. You will input updates on the department’s internal HR activities. Shadowing and working with individuals within various organizational roles, learning complex skills and inner company comprehension, including but not limited to site experience, product training and mentorship program work. Demonstrating a high technical comprehension, including strong aspects of a conceptual and analytical mindset, proving an ability to innovate and improve processes where necessary. Maintaining a close and strong relationship with all colleagues and stakeholders. Proving a high-level comprehension of the company’s core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility where applicable, typically achieving discipline within a given role after approximately six months. Your background A bachelor’s degree in relevant field. 0 - 1 year of experience needed. Able to work in Multi-cultural Teams and to collaborate with other team members. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Arabic language is required.
