About Our Program

You’ll be joining in a JD Star (JDS) Graduate Role, a semi-structured early-career pathway designed to accelerate young professionals whilst making an impact in your role at JD.com. Over your first year, you’ll take on meaningful projects, build technical and leadership skills, and gain exposure to the world-class functions driving JD’s global growth.

1)客户开发与业绩达成 - 负责重点客户、物流客户及海外仓等项目的客户开发,执行销售计划,完成相应业绩指标,扩大市场占有率。

2)客户关系维护 - 通过回访等方式与客户保持良好沟通,实时把握需求,维护老客户关系,提升客户满意度,完成长期战略合作计划。

3)应收款管理 - 负责账期客户的应收回款工作,与相关部门横向沟通解决客户异常,保障资金回笼。

4)市场信息收集与反馈 - 收集市场信息、客户需求及竞对促销政策,及时跟进反馈,为公司营销策略等提供参考意见。

5)项目风险控制 - 全程跟踪项目执行进展,控制项目风险,解决项目运营过程中的问题。
