    •    Support in drafting architectural plans, elevations, and layouts

    •    Assist in creating 3D models and visual presentations for stakeholders

    •    Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure design feasibility

    •    Participate in material selection and sustainable design choices

    •    Review zoning, codes, and regulations related to property design

 

•    Currently enrolled in an accredited Architecture or Design program

    •    Familiar with basic drafting and design software

    •    Willingness to learn and contribute to project design and documentation

    •    Good organizational skills and a creative mindset

    •    Enthusiasm for real estate and community development
