Job Title:

COOP Intern – Project Management

Location:

AECOM Saudi Arabia (Various project sites and offices)

Duration:

15 June – 31 July 2025 (8 weeks)

Program Overview:

This is a structured COOP internship program designed to provide final-year university students with practical experience in project management. Interns will rotate across key functions, receive mentorship from experienced professionals, and participate in a guided learning path that ends with a capstone project and certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in rotation assignments across Planning, Cost & Commercial, and Site Supervision departments
• Support project teams in documentation, reporting, and scheduling activities
• Attend team meetings and assist in tracking project deliverables
• Complete assigned online courses and submit weekly reflections
• Collaborate on a capstone project with other interns and present to senior leadership
• Engage in regular mentoring sessions and apply feedback for development

• Final-year student in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• Eligible for COOP training as part of university requirements
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a professional environment
• Basic understanding of project management principles is a plus
