Summary:

As a People management consulting Intern, you will work closely with principals and project teams to support both internal initiatives and client engagements. This internship offers a hands-on introduction to the consulting environment and a chance to develop core consulting skills across various sectors.   

Duration: 

Start: Monday 29 June 2026 

End: Thursday 27 August 2026 

Your Main Duties Will Include:  

• Assist in developing internal materials such as sales decks, value propositions, learning collateral, and consulting frameworks 


• Support in drafting and editing client proposals, presentations, and academy program materials 


• Conduct research, market benchmarking, and learning trend analysis to support consulting and capability-building projects 


• Help synthesize findings into structured frameworks, storylines, and client-ready insights 


• Support the preparation of client-facing deliverables including slides, reports, workshop materials, and summaries 


• Participate in client meetings, workshops, or training sessions as an observer or note taker 


• Assist with coordination and administration of learning programs, workshops, and academy initiatives 


• Collaborate with team members across consulting, learning, and transformation engagements 


• Support day-to-day project activities, including content reviews, documentation, and internal coordination tasks  

What We Expect From You:

•  Final-year undergraduate students or Master's students currently enrolled in relevant academic programs, such as Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines. 


• Strong research and analytical skills 


• Excellent written and verbal communication 


• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel 


• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment 


• Comfort with ambiguity and working under tight deadlines 


• Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset
