Responsibilities
- Immerse yourself in the company’s culture, values, and fast-paced ways of working.
- Support the marketing team in drafting, proofreading, and polishing compelling copy for social media, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
- Help plan, coordinate, and execute on-ground events and brand activations, ensuring smooth logistics and a seamless attendee experience.
- Research local market trends, competitor tactics, and consumer behavior to contribute innovative ideas for upcoming marketing strategies.
- Assist in gathering data and generating weekly reports on campaign performance, social media reach, and event ROI.
Expected Qualifications
- Available to work full-time.
- Recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; skilled in Microsoft Excel with familiarity in basic data analytics (e.g., forecasting, dashboards)
- Strong understanding of modern marketing tactics, digital trends, and basics of event management.
