What You Will Do *

Raytheon Saudi Arabia is looking for a summer intern to join our ASDS Program team at Riyadh office. The Intern will be involved in a wide variety of engagements that will work closely with our function partners and leadership. This position will provide program insights, opportunity to learn about the ASDS portfolio and engage with our different functions to solve program issues and analyzing processes to identify opportunities for improving efficiency.  Focus will be on Localization projects.  

What You Will Learn

Enhance Communication Skills: The intern will improve their communication skills through regular interaction with team members, clients, and stakeholders. This may include written communication, verbal presentations, or effective collaboration.

Understand Organizational Dynamics: The intern will gain insight into the operations and structure of the organization, understanding how departments collaborate, decision-making processes, and the overall functioning of the workplace.

Participate in reviewing program overviews and developing senior level presentations.

Develop program specific presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications You Must Have *

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with an emphasis in Business, Math and Engineering or a related field.
• Student GPA should be (3+ out of 4) or (4+ out of 5).
• An official university letter is required to be attached along with the CV.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work across diverse organizations and teams.
• Proficient in Arabic and English (both written and oral); must be able to communicate effectively.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
• Solid organizational skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and manage complexity in a diverse environment.

Experience working in a team to quickly address challenges.
