Role Description

As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and managing technical documentation that supports our cybersecurity solutions and services. You will gain experience in technical writing and documentation processes within the cybersecurity field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and edit high-quality technical documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand and gather relevant information for documentation.
• Organize and maintain document structure.
• Ensure all documentation adheres to established style guides and best practices.
• Review and revise existing documentation to improve accuracy and effectiveness.
• Assist in creating training materials and presentations as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, and technical documentation tools or software is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and information.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to embrace challenges.
