About the Internship

As a Technology Intern (Microsoft) , you will gain hands-on exposure to real client projects while working alongside experienced technology professionals. The internship is designed to provide a strong foundation in Microsoft-based enterprise solutions and consulting delivery, offering practical experience in a fast-paced, professional services environment. You will be part of ongoing projects for leading clients in the Middle East region and contribute to technology-enabled business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

• Support project teams in the design, configuration, and implementation of Microsoft-based technology solutions (e.g., Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365).
• Assist in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements under the guidance of senior team members.
• Participate in solution development activities such as configuration, testing, deployment support, and documentation.
• Contribute to cloud, application, data, or infrastructure-related tasks depending on project needs.
• Support troubleshooting, issue analysis, and resolution activities in collaboration with the project team.
• Prepare project deliverables, reports, and presentations for internal and client stakeholders.
• Actively participate in internal training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and Microsoft learning paths.

Qualifications & Skills

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Microsoft technologies, cloud computing, and enterprise IT solutions.
• Basic understanding of one or more of the following:
  • Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS concepts)
  • Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange)
  • Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Application development fundamentals (e.g., .NET, APIs)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, professional environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
