Accounts Payable - Remote Work

Job Description:

Arabian Pipes Company is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Accounts Payable professional to join our team in a remote work capacity. The Accounts Payable Associate will be responsible for managing all accounts payable functions, including processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring timely payments. This position is part-time and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and process electronic payments - Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records - Assist with month-end closing processes - Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries - Adhere to company policies and procedures related to accounts payable

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in accounts payable or related field - Strong problem-solving skills - Emotional intelligence to handle sensitive vendor relationships - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
