Accounts Payable - Remote Work

Job Description:

El Seif Engineering Contracting Company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable professional to join our team in Mecca, SA. This is a part-time remote work position suitable for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience in accounts payable.

Responsibilities: - Process accounts payable invoices accurately and timely - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries - Assist in month-end close processes - Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records - Collaborate with team members to improve accounting procedures - Adhere to company policies and procedures related to accounts payable

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Confidence in handling accounts payable responsibilities - Adaptability to changing priorities and workload - Strong research skills to resolve vendor inquiries and discrepancies
