Job Description:

United Electronics Company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Accounts Payable for remote work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in the field of accounting while also having the flexibility to work remotely.

Responsibilities: - Process accounts payable transactions, including matching invoices to purchase orders and processing payments - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions - Assist with month-end close processes - Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries - Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management

Requirements: - Must be adaptable and able to work independently in a remote environment - Must be dedicated to accuracy and efficiency in all tasks - Strong persuasion skills to negotiate with vendors for payment terms - Innovative thinking to streamline processes and improve efficiency - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (preferred but not required)
