Accounts Payable - Remote Work

Job Description: Saudi Post is seeking a remote Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Medina, SA. The Accounts Payable Associate will be responsible for processing invoices, monitoring accounts, and ensuring timely payments to vendors. This part-time role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable.

Responsibilities: 1. Review and process invoices in a timely manner 2. Match invoices to purchase orders and verify accuracy 3. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies 4. Prepare and process payments to vendors 5. Monitor accounts payable aging and follow up on outstanding invoices 6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payments 7. Assist in month-end closing activities 8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy in financial reporting 9. Adhere to company policies and procedures in all accounts payable processes

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in accounts payable 2. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel 3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy 4. Strong organizational and time management skills 5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines 6. Resilient and hardworking personality traits 7. Adaptability and critical thinking soft skills 8. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
