Remote Accounts Payable

Job description:

We are seeking a hardworking and energetic Remote Accounts Payable Associate to join our team at Herfy Food Services Co in Medina, Saudi Arabia. This is a part-time position that requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable.

Responsibilities: - Manage accounts payable processes, including processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and preparing payments - Review and verify invoices for accuracy - Communicate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues - Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions - Assist with month-end closing processes - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate payments - Uphold company policies and procedures related to accounts payable

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to innovate solutions - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
