Job Description:

Hilton in Jeddah, SA is seeking a motivated and confident Accounts Payable professional to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level Accounts Payable team member, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and assisting with month-end close processes.

Responsibilities: - Review and verify invoices for accuracy - Process invoices in a timely manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Assist with month-end close processes - Communicate with vendors to address any payment issues - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a related field - Motivated and confident personality traits - Project management and attention to detail soft skills - Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting
