Remote Accounts Payable

Job Description:

The National Water Company is seeking a Remote Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Riyadh, SA. This part-time position requires at least 2 years of experience in accounts payable. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, resilient, and possess strong time management and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Process and review invoices for accuracy and completeness - Prepare and process payments to vendors - Reconcile accounts payable transactions - Maintain accurate records and documentation - Assist with month-end closing processes - Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies - Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Resourceful and resilient mindset - Time management and strategic planning skills
