Job Description:

Advanced Petrochemical Company is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable professional to join our team in Mecca, SA. As an entry-level Accounts Payable specialist, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial obligations by processing invoices, preparing payments, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities: - Process vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and process payments to vendors - Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records - Assist in month-end closing processes - Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries - Assist with ad-hoc financial projects as needed

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a basic knowledge of accounting principles is preferred - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Adaptability to learn new processes and software - Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Leadership skills to take ownership of tasks and drive results
