Job Description:

L'azurde Company for Jewelry is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Mecca, SA. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in accounts payable and possess a resourceful and independent mindset. Strong project management skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices and expense reports in a timely manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Assist with month-end closing and reporting activities - Maintain accurate records of payments and transactions - Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues - Assist with audit requests and provide supporting documentation as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field - At least 4 years of experience in accounts payable - Strong project management skills - Attention to detail and accuracy - Resourceful and independent mindset - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
