Job Description:

Zamil Industrial Investment Company is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Associate in Medina, SA. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to gain valuable experience in the finance field and develop their skills in accounts payable.

Responsibilities: - Process and review invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions - Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting activities - Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues - Assist with other ad hoc projects and tasks as needed

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required - Driven and adaptable personality traits - Strong innovation and project management skills - Ability to work independently and in a team setting - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is a plus
