Remote Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Jarir Marketing Company is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Remote Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Medina, SA. This part-time position offers the flexibility of remote work, providing you the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Review and process accounts payable invoices in a timely and accurate manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and process payments for vendors - Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable - Maintain accurate records and documentation for all accounts payable transactions - Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and resolve any issues that may arise - Assist with other accounting duties as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or related field - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Driven and dedicated personality traits - Strong negotiation and presentation skills - Ability to work remotely and maintain productivity - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
