Accounts Payable

Job Description:

The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Medina. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company. We are looking for individuals who are independent, hardworking, and have excellent time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Process incoming invoices and ensuring accuracy of information - Verify and reconcile discrepancies in invoices - Prepare and process payments to vendors - Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Maintain accurate and organized records of transactions - Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment inquiries

Requirements: - No prior experience is required, but a basic understanding of accounting principles is preferred - Excellent attention to detail and numerical skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel - Must be a team player with good communication skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
