Accounts Payable - Work from home

Fitaihi Holding Group is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Associate in a work-from-home capacity. This part-time position offers the flexibility to balance work and personal commitments while contributing to the success of our organization.

**Responsibilities:** - Process accounts payable invoices accurately and in a timely manner - Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on any discrepancies - Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable - Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment inquiries - Maintain organized electronic records of invoices and payments - Contribute to process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the accounts payable function

**Requirements:** - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with accounting software - Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment - Reliable and energetic with a positive attitude - Soft skills in presentation and people management
