Accounts Payable - Work from home

Job Description:

Al-Yamama is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Mecca, SA. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable process. This includes processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers.

Responsibilities: - Review and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness - Enter and post invoices in the accounting system - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Process and prepare payments to vendors - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions - Assist with month-end closing processes - Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Confidence and resilience in handling challenging situations - Emotional intelligence to navigate complex relationships with vendors and colleagues
