Accounts Payable - Work from home

Job Description:

Saudi Ceramics is seeking a motivated and resilient individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable professional, working from home in Riyadh, SA. This is a part-time position at an entry-level seniority, requiring at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Process vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and process payments to vendors - Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders - Identify opportunities for process improvements - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding accounts payable

Requirements: - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication skills - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks - Strong organizational skills - Experience working remotely or in a virtual office setting is a plus
