Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Saudi Airlines is seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in Riyadh, SA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable.

Responsibilities: - Monitor customer accounts for timely payments and follow up on outstanding balances - Prepare and send invoices to customers - Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Work with customers to resolve payment issues through negotiation and communication - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing - Maintain accurate records of all transactions - Assist with month-end closing processes - Provide support to the finance team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Passionate and driven attitude - Strong negotiation skills - Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
