Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Al Tazaj is seeking a passionate and confident Remote Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable remotely, ensuring timely payments from customers and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.

Responsibilities: - Monitor customer accounts for late payments and follow up with customers to collect outstanding debts - Reconcile accounts receivable and resolve any discrepancies - Process incoming payments and allocate them correctly to customer accounts - Generate and send out invoices to customers - Prepare aging reports and analyze accounts receivable data - Work closely with the sales team to resolve any billing issues or disputes - Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to streamline accounts receivable processes

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Proven track record of meeting targets and deadlines - Strong cooperation and presentation skills - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred - Ability to work independently and remotely - Detail-oriented and organized
