Job Description:

Saudi Ceramics is seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an entry-level Accounts Receivable specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of accounts receivable, processing invoices, and following up on outstanding payments.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices to customers - Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments - Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve any discrepancies - Process credit card payments and handle customer inquiries - Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy - Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline payment processes - Maintain documentation of collection efforts

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role - Energetic and hardworking personality - Strong adaptability and persuasion skills - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
