Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

The National Water Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Accounts Receivable Associate. This part-time position will be based in Mecca, SA, and will require a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable.

Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable operations remotely, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and reconciliation - Communicate effectively with customers to resolve outstanding issues and ensure timely payment - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency - Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement - Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes - Prepare financial reports and present findings to management as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Proven experience in accounts receivable, preferably in a remote setting - Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Adaptable and driven personality traits - Strong problem-solving and time management skills
