Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Arabian Pipes Company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Remote Accounts Receivable. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level professionals looking to gain experience in the finance industry. As a Remote Accounts Receivable, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the company's accounts receivable process from a remote location.

Responsibilities: 1. Process and record customer payments in a timely and accurate manner. 2. Monitor outstanding accounts receivable and follow up with customers to ensure timely payment. 3. Reconcile accounts receivable aging reports and resolve any discrepancies. 4. Generate and send out invoices to customers. 5. Assist in preparing financial reports related to accounts receivable. 6. Communicate effectively with customers to address any inquiries or concerns related to accounts receivable. 7. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounts receivable processes.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking and reliable with a strong attention to detail. 2. Excellent planning and organizational skills. 3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software. 5. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. 6. No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the finance industry.
