Job Description:

Herfy Food Services Co is seeking a passionate and adaptable Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Medina, SA. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data - Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up with customers to ensure timely payment - Prepare and send invoices to customers, as well as issue credit memos when necessary - Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information - Maintain accurate financial records and update customer information in the database - Assist with financial reporting and analysis as needed - Collaborate with other departments to resolve any billing issues or discrepancies - Perform other ad-hoc financial duties as assigned

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently - Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to work well in a team - Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
