Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Al Rajhi Holding Group is seeking a Remote Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Medina, SA. This part-time position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts receivable. As a key member of our finance team, the Remote Accounts Receivable Associate will be responsible for managing and reconciling accounts, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation - Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments - Monitor accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies - Communicate with clients to address billing inquiries and discrepancies - Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting - Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and systems related to accounts receivable - Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards - Provide support to the finance team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts receivable - Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Confident and adaptable in a remote work environment - Experience in strategic planning and project management
