Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Accounts Receivable professional to join our team at Al Hokair Group. This is a work from home position based in Mecca, SA and is part-time, requiring a seniority level of Associate with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable activities including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations. - Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on outstanding balances. - Prepare reports on accounts receivable status and provide recommendations for improvement. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate invoicing. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and communication with customers. - Assist in the implementation of new billing processes and procedures as needed. - Provide support to the finance team with ad-hoc projects and tasks.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Proven experience in accounts receivable or a related role. - Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. - Hardworking and energetic personality traits. - Soft skills in persuasion and leadership.
