Job Description:

The Accounts Receivable position at National Industrialization Company is a part-time, entry-level role that allows individuals to work from home. We are seeking independent and hardworking individuals who have strong attention to detail and enjoy working as part of a team.

Responsibilities: - Process accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently - Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue payments - Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy - Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable - Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any billing issues or discrepancies - Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding payment inquiries

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel - No prior experience required, as training will be provided
