Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

Fitaihi Holding Group is seeking a passionate and energetic Accounts Receivable professional to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As an Associate Level Accounts Receivable team member, you will be responsible for managing the collection of outstanding accounts, monitoring aging reports, reconciling discrepancies, and communicating with customers to resolve payment issues.

Responsibilities: - Review and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accurate and timely payment postings - Contact customers via phone and email to follow up on outstanding invoices - Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies - Prepare and send customer statements - Maintain accurate records of collections and payments - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer billing inquiries - Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable - Provide recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Strong project management skills - Creative problem-solving abilities - Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - High attention to detail and accuracy
