Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

Savola Group is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Mecca, SA. As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices to customers - Follow up on overdue payments - Reconcile accounts receivable ledger - Resolve billing discrepancies - Prepare aging reports - Maintain accurate records of customer payments - Assist with month-end closing processes - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Innovative mindset to identify process improvements
