Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

Saudi Ceramics is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable (Work from Home) for our Medina location. This is a part-time position suitable for entry-level candidates with zero years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable transactions and follow up on outstanding invoices - Monitor customer accounts for discrepancies and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Process payments, refunds, and adjustments accurately - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper billing and collection processes - Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports to management - Maintain accurate records of financial transactions - Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries related to accounts receivable

Requirements: - Resourceful and independent with the ability to work remotely - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Persuasion skills to follow up on outstanding payments - Basic knowledge of accounting principles - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - High school diploma or equivalent
