Online Accountant

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Online Accountant to join our team at Herfy Food Services Co in Riyadh, SA. As an Associate Level Online Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial records and transactions of our online operations. This is a part-time position with the potential for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for our online operations - Prepare financial reports and statements on a regular basis - Monitor and analyze online sales data to ensure accuracy - Collaborate with the finance team to develop budgets and forecasts for online activities - Conduct regular audits of online financial processes to ensure compliance - Assist with tax preparation and filing for online transactions - Provide financial analysis and recommendations for improvement of online operations - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online accounting

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - 4 years of experience in accounting, specifically in online operations - Strong understanding of online financial processes and systems - Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Excellent communication and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Passionate and adaptable personality traits - Strong research and planning skills
