Online Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Bawan Company is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Online Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Riyadh, SA. This part-time position requires at least 4 years of relevant experience in accounts payable and a high level of proficiency in online payment systems.

Responsibilities: - Process online payments accurately and in a timely manner - Reconcile discrepancies and resolve any payment issues - Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date - Prepare and submit financial reports as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely payment processing - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in accounts payable

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in accounts payable - Proficiency in online payment systems - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent presentation skills - Motivated and adaptable - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
