Online Accounts Payable

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Payable Associate at the Saudi Arabian Fertilizer Company in Jeddah, SA. This is a part-time position at the associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities: - Process online payments for invoices and expenses - Reconcile accounts payable transactions - Monitor and maintain vendor relationships - Assist in month-end closing process - Prepare financial reports related to accounts payable - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Maintain accurate records of financial transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - 4+ years of experience in accounts payable - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Persuasion and presentation skills - Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment
