Online Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Savola Group is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Payable. This is a part-time entry-level position based in Jeddah, SA, with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Process and reconcile invoices received through online payment portals - Verify accuracy of billing data and resolve discrepancies - Conduct research on vendor accounts and payment histories - Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues in a timely manner - Maintain organized records of all transactions and payments - Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable

Requirements: - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with basic accounting principles - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is a plus - Reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently

Personality Traits: - Adaptable to changing work environments - Reliable and able to work independently as well as in a team setting

Soft Skills: - Strong research skills to investigate and resolve payment discrepancies - Problem-solving abilities to address complex billing issues
