Online Accounts Payable

Job Description: Middle East Battery Company is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Online Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Mecca, SA. As an Online Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable process in an online setting. This includes processing invoices, reconciling payments, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner - Reconcile accounts payable transactions - Prepare and maintain vendor files - Assist with month-end closing activities - Communicate with vendors to resolve any payment discrepancies - Prepare various reports for management as needed - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable - Strong understanding of accounting principles - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and in a team - Strong emotional intelligence and adaptability - Motivated and able to take initiative
