Online Accounts Payable

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Online Accounts Payable Associate to join our team at Saudi Airlines in Medina, SA. As the Online Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for managing all online accounts payable processes for the company.

Responsibilities: - Process online payments accurately and in a timely manner - Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receipts - Communicate with vendors to resolve payment discrepancies - Maintain records of all transactions and invoices - Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting - Work closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies - Provide support for audits and other financial projects as needed

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field - Strong attention to detail and organization skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
