Job Description:

Zain Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Payable Associate in Mecca, SA. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and diverse environment, supporting the financial operations of the company.

Responsibilities: 1. Process and review online accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently. 2. Maintain vendor records, ensuring accuracy and completeness. 3. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues with invoices. 4. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and prepare reports for management review. 5. Assist in month-end financial close processes related to accounts payable. 6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounts payable processes. 7. Provide support to the finance team as needed.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or related field. 2. Proficiency in using accounting software and online payment systems. 3. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. 4. Resourceful and confident in handling complex financial transactions. 5. Innovative and creative problem-solving skills. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
