Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team at Saudi Binladin Group as an Online Accounts Receivable. This part-time entry-level position is based in Mecca, SA and requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage online accounts receivable processes efficiently and accurately - Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and send invoices to customers in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of financial transactions - Collaborate with the finance team to ensure all financial procedures are followed - Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries - Analyze financial data and produce reports as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Strong understanding of accounts receivable principles and processes - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication skills - Strong persuasion skills and the ability to lead a team - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations - Detail-oriented and organized
