Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Yanbu Cement Company is seeking a part-time Online Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Mecca, SA. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess the ability to work independently and efficiently in an online environment.

Responsibilities: - Manage the online accounts receivable process, including invoicing, tracking payments, and reconciling accounts - Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment schedules - Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting - Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and potential issues - Assist with special projects as needed related to accounts receivable

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - 4+ years of experience in accounts receivable or similar role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent project management skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines - Hardworking and detail-oriented - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
