Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Dallah Healthcare Company is seeking a part-time Online Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Medina, SA. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the company's online accounts receivable process and ensuring timely payment from customers.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage daily accounts receivable transactions - Send invoices and follow-up on outstanding payments - Research and resolve payment discrepancies - Maintain accurate records of all transactions - Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding payment inquiries - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely invoicing - Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts receivable - Hardworking and dedicated with a strong attention to detail - Excellent persuasion and time management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
